Businessmen/women
Visas for businessmen/women will be issued by the Embassy without the need for invitation letters from a Saudi host company, after submitting proof of trading/commercial credentials. Businessmen/women are considered to be:
- Proprietors of companies and corporations
- Chairmen, members of Boards of Directors, their representatives and managers of those companies/corporations
What we need from you…
To obtain your Saudi Businessmen Visa we will require the following documents:
- Completed and signed visa application form (1 original+ 1 photocopy; fully completed in block capitals and black ink; must state the name and address of company to be visited; download here)
- 2 passport photos (must be colour photos)
- Passport (in good condition with 2 adjacent blank pages and valid for 6 months after return from Saudi Arabia)
- Letter of Introduction (original from UK employer, addressed to Consulate)
- Supplementary supporting letter for businessmen visit visa (template on request)

…please send your application to our visa processing centre by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery.

We will return your passport by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery or will prepare it for collection as you require. Please remember to also include a note of your daytime contact number and indicate the return address for your visa.

Payment is required before we can start processing your order. Payment can be made by cheque, credit or debit card over the phone or via WorldPay link.

*Processing time is the time taken to process the visa application at the Consulate and excludes delivery to required location. All visas are issued at the discretion of the High Commission.
**As Consular fees are subject to frequent changes, we would kindly ask you to request the processing fee for your visa. The prices are inclusive of consular fees, our handling fee, postage and VAT. Please note that Consular fees are non-refundable even for applications which are withdrawn or rejected.
