Applying for Russian visa
To apply for your Russian visa you’ll need the following:
- Completed and signed visa application form (click here)
- 1 recent coloured passport photo
- Passport (in good condition with at least 2 blank pages and valid for 6 months after return from Russia)
- Signed copy of our terms and conditions(download here )
- Visa processing fee
- Visa support documents (will vary depending on the type of visa you require – we can provide these for you)
How to complete the application form:
When you start creating your application form, the system will issue an application ID. Please take a note of it, as well as of a password you’ve chosen (to simplify the process, we suggest that you choose the following password: ruvisa1). Please note if you fail to write down the log-in details neither you nor we will be able to access and amend the application form in the future if necessary.
It is also important that you enter all details as they appear in your passport (surname, given names e.g.) as well as the correct details as per your visa invitation.

Once the form is completed, before posting the original please email us the pdf so we can double check that all details are correct.
