Who is it for?
This type of visa is a concession allowed by the authorities for those people who do not have sufficient time to receive the full business support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Federal Migration Service and it’s suitable for attending exhibitions, conferences and trade shows as a visitor only.
As with all concessions this type of visa should only be used once or twice per year – otherwise the Consulate will ask you to provide an explanation as to why you are not travelling on a business visa.
What do we offer?
As with all types of Russian visas, Special purpose visa requires an official invitation from a Russian institution, authorised by the Russian Ministry of Tourism to issue invitations – we offer the same day service for such an invitation.

- Passport (in good condition, with at least 2 blank pages and valid for 6 months after visa expires)
- 1 Recent Passport Photo (should comply with UK Passport Agency Regulations)
- Visa Application Form (completed online and signed).
