Payment is required before we can start processing your order. Payment can be made by cheque, credit or debit card over the phone or via WorldPay link.

Documents Required:

• Passport (in good condition, with at least 2 blank pages and valid for 6 months after visa expires)
• 1 Recent Passport Photo (should comply with UK Passport Agency Regulations)
• Visa Application Form (completed online and signed)
• Letter of Invitation from Russia (Learn more about official letter of invitation for business visa); as part of this we need:
  • Clear scanned colour copy of your passport
  • Dates you would like the visa to be valid for*
  • Number of entries required*
  • Cities to be visited
  • Details of your UK employment (job title, company name, address and contact number)
