- Collect your passport with your visa when ready and post it by Special Next Day Delivery
- We’re happy to assist you completing the application form in our offices for an additional fee of £35

Payment is required before we can start processing your order. Payment can be made by cheque, credit or debit card over the phone or via WorldPay link.
*Prices quoted are inclusive of all fees, ie Consular fee, handling fee, visa support documents, postage and VAT. Processing time is the time taken to obtain the Russian visa support documents and to process the application at the Consulate and excludes delivery time.
Please note that the above prices are for UK citizens only; consular fees for non-UK citizens might vary slightly and an additional proof of residency might be required – please contact us for details.

- Passport (in good condition, with at least 2 blank pages and valid for 6 months after visa expires)
- 1 Recent Passport Photo (should comply with UK Passport Agency Regulations)
- Visa Application Form (completed online and signed)
