Business Invitation

If you have completed your visa application, all you need is your Business Invitation. This is an official document issued by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. (In certain cases a clear e-mail or faxed copy may be accepted for single or double entry business visas. Originals are required for multiple entry visas.)

Alternatively, you can avoid the hassle of dealing with the Consulate and queuing to apply for your visa using our Complete Visa Service.

Visa Processing Times and Fees*

*Prices quoted are inclusive of all fees, ie Consular fee, handling fee, visa support documents, postage and VAT. Processing time is the time taken to obtain the visa support documents and to process the application at the Consulate and excludes delivery time.

We will require payment before we can begin processing your order. Payment can be made by AMEX (3.5% surcharge), credit (2% surcharge) or debit (no surcharge) card either over the phone or by completing and sending our Payment Authorisation Form.

• Clear scanned colour copy of your passport
• Dates you would like the visa to be valid for*
• Number of entries required*
• Cities to be visited
• Details of your UK employment (job title, company name, address and contact number)

Please note that there is a restriction on multiple entry business visas.  Travellers can only spend 90 days out of every 180 in Russia if they are travelling on a multiple entry business visa.
