Visa Processing Fee

Payment is required before we can start processing your order. Payment can be made by cheque, credit or debit card over the phone or via WorldPay link.

The cost of this service is as follows:

*Processing time is the time taken to process the visa support documents and delivery to required location. All visa are issued at the discretion of the High Commission.

**As Consular prices are subject to frequent changes, we would kindly ask you to request the processing fee for your visa. Our prices are inclusive of consular fees, our handling fee, postage,  VAT. Please note that Consular fees are non-refundable even for applications which are withdrawn or rejected.

 

VISA REQUIREMENTS

 

GENERAL

  • EU nationals – 2 recent utility bills (different utilities and not more than 3 months old) or signed house tenancy contract (mobile phones bills or bank statement are not acceptable).
  • Non EU nationals – residence card or visa residency stamped on their passport (minimum period validity of 6 months at the time of submission)

 

 

TOURIST VISA (Additional)

  • EVIDENCE OF ACCOMMODATION in Nigeria, copies of confirmed hotel, guest house or motel booking with the name of the applicants showing.
  • A copy of the applicant’s BANK STATEMENT, showing their name and address. The bank statement must be minimum of £500 in credit, overdrafts are not included. This can be no more than 3 months old at time of submission
  • A copy of a paid FLIGHT TICKET showing both entering and leaving Nigeria

 

 

 

BUSINESS VISA (Additional)

  • A LETTER OF INVITATION FROM NIGERIA. This must be addressed to the Nigerian High Commission London. It must be on letter headed paper stating the address of the company, the reason for the visit must be stated and must be signed and dated by the inviter.
  • A LETTER FROM EMPLOYER, this must be addressed to the Nigerian High Commission London. It must be on letter headed paper stating the address of the company, reason for the visit and must be stated, must be signed and dated by a senior member of staff at the company. This cannot be signed by the applicant. If self-employed see important information below

 

 

 

Temporary Work Permit (TWP)

  • A LETTER OF INVITATION from Nigeria. This must be addressed to the Nigerian High Commission London. It must be on letter headed paper stating the address of the company, the reason for the visit and must be signed and dated by the inviter.
  • AN APPROVED CABLE GRAM FROM THE IMMIGRATION office in Abuja. A cable gram can only be used once and must be used within 3 months from the date it was issued.

We will return your passport by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery or will prepare it for collection as you require. Please remember to also include a note of your daytime contact number and indicate the return address your passport and visa should be delivered to.
