To obtain your Chinese Business Visa we will require the following documents:
- Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months with at least 2 blank pages
- One recent passport picture (colour on light background)
- Completed and signed Application Form (which must be completed online and can be downloaded here
- Official Letter of Invitation from a Chinese Governmental Department or Government-approved company (stating entry dates, duration of stay, purpose of travel)
- For ME Visa a Letter of Introduction form a UK company is required (template available)
- Visa Handling Fee

We will return your passport by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery or will prepare it for collection as you require. Please remember to also include a note of your daytime contact number and indicate the address your passport and visa should be returned to.
Visa Processing Fee
Payment is required before we can start processing your order. Payment can be made by cheque, credit or debit card over the phone or via WorldPay link.
The cost of this service is as follows*:

Prices are inclusive of all consular fees, handling fee, postage with Special delivery and VAT.
Processing time is the time taken to process the visa application at the Embassy and doesn’t include delivery to required location.
