General Guidelines on Completing the Application Form.

When you start creating your application form, the system will issue an  Application ID. Please take a note of your application ID and the password you’ve chosen. Please note if you fail to write these details down  neither you nor we will be able to access and amend the application form in the future if necessary.

It is recommended that you have all necessary information to hand before beginning.  You will need to provide:

  • Your passport information
  • Your trip details
  • Details of any higher education
  • Details of current and previous employment

It is also important that you enter all details as they appear in your passport (surname, given names e.g.) as well as the correct details as per your visa invitation.

Once the online application form has been completed it must be printed and signed.  (You may also wish to save a copy for your records.  Please also feel free to email us a copy of the completed form to check before sending us your documents.)

When printing your form please ensure that your application form has all frames and borders and all information can be seen properly.
