What we need from you…
To obtain your Saudi Work Visa we will require the following documents:
- Completed and signed visa application form (1 original + 1 photocopy; fully completed in block capitals and black ink; must state the name and address of company to be visited)
- 2 passport photos (coloured photos)
- Passport (in good condition with 2 blank pages and valid for 6 months after return from Saudi Arabia)
- Letter of introduction (original from UK employer, addressed to Consulate)
- Receipt of payment of visa fee in Saudi Arabia (the visa fee for work visas is paid by the sponsor in Saudi Arabia (excluding Government sector; if applicable, the receipt of payment from the sponsor must be submitted together with the documents and with the additional visa processing fee.)
- Medical Report (cannot have been issued more than 3 months before application, requires 1 additional photo, form provided by the Consulate which should be completed by a competent medical authority and authenticated by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office)
- Letter of Introduction (from Sponsor in Saudi Arabia)
- Copy of employment contract, academic qualification certificates and CV
- If previously employed in Saudi Arabia, a letter of recommendation (no-objection) must also be submitted

We will return your passport by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery or will prepare it for collection as you require. Please remember to also include a note of your daytime contact number and indicate the return address for your visa.
Visa Processing Fee
We will require payment before we can begin processing your order. Payment can be made by AMEX (3.5% surcharge), credit (2% surcharge) or debit (no surcharge) card either over the phone or by completing and sending our Payment Authorisation Form

*Processing time is the time taken to process the visa support documents and delivery to required location. All visa are issued at the discretion of the High Commission.
**As Consular fees are subject to frequent changes, we would kindly ask you to request the processing fee for your visa. The prices are inclusive of the visa support documents, handling fee, courier delivery, fee for online registration and VAT. Please note that Consular fees are non-refundable even for applications which are withdrawn or rejected.
