What we need form you…

To obtain your Nigerian Temporary Work Permit Visa we will require the following documents:

• Completed visa application
• 1 recent passport photo
• Passport (in good condition, with at least 2 blank pages and valid for at least 6 months after return from Russia)
• Letter of invitation from Nigeria (addressed to Visa Section, Nigeria High Commission, London, accepting full immigration responsibility/evidence of sustaining self while in Nigeria.  This should be in the form of travellers cheques)
• Letter of introduction from UK employer (generally clear copy accepted)
• Approved cablegram from the Director of Immigration Services. Abuja. Nigeria which must be received by the Nigeria High Commission (Visa Section) through the British Telecommunication (photocopies of cablegramme approval sent from Nigeria to this office will not be accepted as an approval until original is received.)
• Letter from sponsor’s in Nigeria addressed to the Visa Section accepting full immigration responsibilities.
• Return Ticket

Once completed…

…please send your application to our visa processing centre by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery or other courier of your choice:

We will return your passport by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery or will prepare it for collection as you require. Please remember to also include a note of your daytime contact number and indicate the return address your passport and visa should be delivered to.

Visa Processing Fee

We will require payment before we can begin processing your order. Payment can be made by AMEX (3.5% surcharge), credit (2% surcharge) or debit (no surcharge) card either over the phone or by completing and sending our Payment Authorisation Form

The cost of this service is as follows:

*Processing time is the time taken to process the visa support documents and delivery to required location. All visa are issued at the discretion of the High Commission.

**As Consular prices are subject to frequent changes, we would kindly ask you to request the processing fee for your visa. The prices are inclusive of the visa support documents, handling fee, courier delivery, fee for online registration and VAT. Please note that Consular fees are non-refundable even for applications which are withdrawn or rejected.
